Great for training
Great for workouts or training. The elastic band in the back is very stretchy so you won’t get a good tight fit. It is still very comfortable to wear. I bought my plates separately and it feels a lot better with them in.

18 of 21 found this helpful Good:It’s pretty good quality when shooting outside. Versatile and will fit with multiple GoPro mount platforms. The high FPS makes for smooth slow motion while capturing action.
BAD: Indoors it gets a very grainy picture even with the settings modified for low light situations. The voice activation feature works when it wants to. Even with complete silence, it doesn’t recognize your voice. I performed all the updates and it’s still having issues. The touch screen is slow to respond. You’ll have a better experience using the touch screen on a disposable phone. I’m very disappointed with their “latest technology”
