Doesn’t fit right
4 of 5 found this helpful The battery is ok but the fit inside the tool is awful. No need to press the tabs to pull it out. The black part of the battery is too fat and thus the tabs don’t engage inside the handle because they don’t quite reach. If I squeeze the black part of the battery to fix its shape then it fits great but that doesn’t do me any good because when you let go it goes back to normal.
As you can see from the photos, the battery on the left is the one I purchased. It does not get fully seated inside the handle.
I’ve tried using it several times in my impact but I have a large hand and my hand keeps forcing the battery to come out just enough that the impact can’t get current from the battery. I wanted to give it a try but I will never buy a Vanon battery again. I recommend going elsewhere. This battery has been relegated for use in only my power source. For that it’s ok.
