4 of 4 found this helpful I am on my first month using this product, and I'm only about halfway through. I take them at night, but I snack alot, so taking them on an empty stomach has been challenging. I am going to continue using this product for at least 3 months to see if I notice any significant changes. I will keep you posted.

Beautiful
It is a beautiful bracelet, but it is way too big for my wrist. I can take it off and put it on without using the clasp. I am going to take it to a jeweler to see if it can be shortened. Love it though!💜💙

Beginner
This dvd is too fast paced for a beginner. It also is an older version, judging by the clothing and hairstyles of the narrator and characters. It is a good value if you have some prior sign language knowledge. I would not recommend this for the novice.
