Excellent value!!!!! Cannot go wrong with the Optiplex series
7 of 7 found this helpful Have ordered two of these refurbished Optiplex 790's and couldn't be happier! Threw SSD's into both, added little bit of RAM, and bought Win10 licenses on Ebay. They are now monsters!!!! I'd go head-to-head with any brand new $400-600 PC on Dell's website. Simply cannot beat the price on these mini towers. Can run 3 monitors, plus whatever the DisplayPort can handle! Best bang for the buck on these mini towers, unless you can find an Optiplex 9020 with 32GB RAM for under $150. But those don't show up very often and I usually buy them when they do! Ideal specs for an average user are Intel i5, 8GB RAM, and an SSD harddrive running Windows 10. It'll last you 10+ years with those specs. All for a total of about $150 (2019 prices). Say NO to buying brand new computers. Total waste of money, as the base models are literally 4-5 year old technology. Buy an Optiplex or Latitude (business class machines) and get much longer life out of them and enjoy the better-than-consumer model specs. :) (Coming from an expert with 15 years of professional computer repair/troubleshooting experience.)

Perfect, except for one major design flaw...
2 of 2 found this helpful The plastic base. If using this laptop cooler on your lap, the plastic base WILL crack. You'll also have to use two hands to pick it up. If using one hand, your finger(s) will crack the plastic. I don't understand why they put metal on the top and plastic on the bottom. Would be fine if they had reversed that. Would have been absolutely perfect with a metal base AND metal top. But maybe that's just wishful thinking, as I can't seem to find one like that.
This one only lasted three days. :(

Perfect for ebay shipping!
1 of 1 found this helpful These labels get the job done. Have only tried them with a laser printer, but imagine they'd be good for inkjet as well. Overall good value and appear to have just enough adhesion to make the journey through the USPS postal system. But might want something stronger if using UPS, as they are pretty rough on packages and labels.
