Fun for kids
We needed non food gifts for our son's classmates and these were a big hit. Everyone should keep some in the car and purse etc.

Did not harm blue
Many people were concerned that this would harm original bluing since the company makes blueing products. It absolutely does not. I used 000 steel wool and a brass brush to remove rust from a 100 year old Webley revolver. While the combination of this gel and the wool/ brass brush was not very aggressive on the rust it also caused no harm to the original blued portions. Just don't try to scrub through the finish and wipe off old rust slurry so that you are not creating a rust paste (which is very damaging) the product seems very expensive for what may just be an ammonia jelly. But the gel is necessary to fill barrels to soak overnight and to pull the oxides off without creating an abrasive mix.
