Dropped by UPS driver!
2 of 3 found this helpful UPS driver dropped the box containing printer on concrete outside my open front door and I was seated just inside, heard the horrible crash, and from the careless action and sound, know that there is something wrong with the printer. I am a disabled senior, so, by the time I was able to stand with my cane and make it to the door, I saw the UPS driver hustling out to his brown van, and he did not respond to my call. I have not opened the box and have been trying to get a return authorization from Ebay, but they have not responded to my request. I NEED a printer since my old HP died on me after 6 years of faultless operation, but can't seem to get any help!! There is no noticeable damage to the box, but the sound it made when dropped was alarming.
