Works great!
You don't realize that you even have a "Waste toner box" until your printer is producing toner specs and streaks on the paper and you have to research why it is doing this.
This fixed my problem real quick and it is easy to install.

Nice Sling...
It's OK for the money, it could be better if the adjustment hardware were made of metal instead of plastic or at least heavier Nylon plastic, otherwise it's a good deal for a first sling.
