Good otherwordly read
The writer is emerging as one of the top scandi noir fiction authors. This book is different from the police procedurals he has created.

The Midnight Library
Whole it was on the bestseller list for a long time, I found it to be a bit young adultish. The concept is great but it became self limiting and stultifying . Mindfulness light.

The Convict
Burke is imbued with southern mores and deep standards of hustice. One of the best deeply layered writers.
