Reliable and simple GPS watch
I do not like carrying a cel-phone with me while running, so I am not using cel-phone applications for running. Thus I need convenient, simple in use, reliable and rather precise GPS watch to obtain information about distance and pace. This Garmin Forerunner 25 has all qualities I need. In addition, it has more features than I use, so I cannot comment on those (the good thing that having these features does not complicate my use of the watch!). I like that it finds location really fast (much faster than Forerunner 15 I used to have before), also, I like that the digits are big. I really like a possibility to connect the watch to the Garmin Connect webs-site and to obtain various information about the run, including route map, height profile, pace, cadence etc. The only small drawback is that I do not always hear notifications alarms during run , say, lap or pace notifications (my hearing is fine, and the noise level is a usual one for urban conditions). Summing up, for my purposes, it is a very good GPS watch.

Dexeryl cream
I tried many other creams for treating atopic dermatitis, and I like the dexeryl cream the most. It is good moisturizer, it has a good calming effect (at least on me), it is not too oily, so i do not have to wait for hours before i can dress, but still, it does the job of moisturizing for a long time.
