Great edger
1 of 1 found this helpful This edger is a workhorse. I bought this to clean up all the yard edges that the previous homeowners had let overgrow (both dirt and grass) onto the driveway and sidewalk by 3"+. The edger worked through them no problem. Some areas were worse than others and required multiple passes but the edger had more than ample power to cut through it all. This job was done over multiple days as the overgrowth was so bad it eventually drained my batteries. Now that they're all trimmed I can quickly edge everything to keep them straight and maintained, there's no resistance at all. I do recommend buying/using a larger battery. I have close to 1,000 linear feet of edging and use a 6AH battery. Without any overgrowth the 6AH will cover all of that in one charge.
