Brownmed Polar Ice Foot/Ankle Wrap #30105

Flexible & Long Lasting

After reading the other reviews, I decided to purchase this. There were some that were not so favorable, but I spent hours comparing this product to others. It is lightweight, freezes quick and last at least 1/2 hour - 45 minutes, depending on the surrounding temp's. I can use this in the car while driving or at home elevated. I especially love the velcro straps so I can adjust to size and tightness. I like it particularly snug, so I tend to wrap the longer strap all the way around. I am a long distance runner (for over 35 years) and run marathons every month. This has helped me tame my plantar fascitis, especially after a race. It's also very lightweight and easy to take on travels. Just flattens out amongst my clothing.
