sizing could be improved
...for the most part, the "rebuild kit" is a good value (you get what you pay for).
The accelerator diaphragm is as so many things these days (inappropriately sized overseas production which one destroys while trying to MAKE it fit what it simply doesn't fit.
The washer on the idle mix needle is too large and doesn't fit the HD CV carburetor (had to use the old washers...the rubber washer provided was fine however, thus, no big deal).
All in all, in the future, I'll go to a parts store with a micrometer and assure I'm getting the right sized parts, as I rebuild ~typically~ 20 to 30 of the HD CV carbs from the 80s-90s-to 2004 models each year.
NOTE: The company stands behind their sales, and upon being notified, they replaced the inappropriately sized parts (providing an explanations of "the lot may have been flawed" as they purchase ~of course~ in bulk quantities.

save the small change
The items consume power like vultures at a carcass ...very little heat while draining the power supply (used multiple sources for power). Recommend to avoid, as the product is promising upon viewing, but not effective when used. (in 32 degree F / 0 degree C...item was not able to even become warm)

prime tire for "sticking"
IRC's are designed for traction while heated; not for "'Look how many miles I got while riding 60mph...!".
IF you're seeking the highest mileage between changing shoes, and the actual grip of the road surface is not a major priority to you, there are brands of much harder compounds which may fill your needs/wants better...
...however, IF you're looking for a very well made tire which becomes 'sticky' with speed and motion, able to "stick" to the road and not lose it on a pebble ~these tires are prime.
Competitive price (remember, they will only achieve about half the mileage of a "Done a Lap"...or certain other more high mileage tires....thus consider the cost of tire changes if you do not change your own).
For my purposes (often coast to coast over various terrain, on a FLST-C I built for the specific purpose, these are my choice. (I've ridden/owned most makes of scoots, and been through countless tires over a 50 year riding career.)
Ride safe ~ stay safe ~ always enjoy the ride!
