Charcoal 260 mg By KAL - 100 Capsules

Good detoxifier

High quality charcoal....in a good size. I was told not to exceed 1200mg in a day of charcoal and start with 280 mg and add as needed. So this size capsule and quality is what I recommend to others.

Fit and works

Took some work to get it to fit....was about 1//8 of an inch too big, but we were able to make it work. Seems to be good quality. shipped on time. We will see how it does as I use my 4W drive in the snow in the weeks ahead.
