Cute but does not work even a little bit

I got this for my daughter for her birthday she loves playing doctor and we have an old fisher price doctors kit from 30+ years ago that still works. Sadly you can’t eve hear a little heartbeat or nothing no sound whatsoever. It’s cute that’s about the only plus I can give it.
