Always have a spare battery

Great if you're anemic
Easy to mix in with water or juice. I recommend juice due to a slight metallic aftertaste despite the berry flavor. Grape juice was the best. Be sure to eat enough fiber when taking an iron supplement, as it can and will cause constipation. 😕
