HAS TO HAVE EXTERNAL ~7.2-8.4 VOLT (RC?)... BATTERY!!!

I used different light, bullit lite for Mc, same LED chip with 7.2 volt rc battery n extra male rc tamaya plug. Cut USB plug off to wire in male tamaya RC CAR BATTERY PLUG. Light worked well with 7.2 volt RC BATTERY, $11. PUT Battery in over main tube, or handlebar, $4 bike bag that easily holds 2- 1500+++ mAh RC batts that last long enuf. or get 1800- 3000-...4800- 5300mAh RC batts for longer run time. Still need RC car battery charger. THE Mc led lights can handle ~15 volts when Mc is RUNNING, so lights have pretty wide voltage capacity

NOT "MOMENTARY" switch! when turned on, STAYS ON til turned off. will not spring back to OFF when let go of switch. nice switch otherwise

IT IS NOT "MOMENTARY ON/OFF". IT IS TOTALLY ON or OFF and will NOT spring back to OFF like it should if it were truly "MOMENTARY" on/off. i needed a switch that when i let go of it it SPRUNG BACK TO "OFF" and DID NOT stay "on" .... these will STAY "ON"... or off thus NOT "momentary" switches, as i understand the term... that the switch springs back to OFF as soon as released from either of the "ON" positions. as in a WINCH solenoid activator where when LET GO of switch WINCH STOPS... NOT stays pulling.. damaging winch, vehicle, people.

nice lights... just dont last very long, especially if out in the weather and not under overhang/shelter.

they are nice lights, work well... just dont seem to last very long. certainly NOT 50,000 hours. ~2 years @ 8 hours a day IF UNDER COVER away from rain. out in the weather.... short life 1 year... months, seems like, depending... on how much rain a person gets, i guess? not that expensive, nice looking, work well... for a while. i still get them, just a hassle to get up on ladder (depending how high put them/how high u like to climb and how often) to replace them when they go kaput in ~year ...or LESS. i had some, work a few times, ONE GOOD RAIN... that is it for them? got to keep them out of the weather, under cover if u want them to last.... ~2 years @8 hrs/day. 8 x 365 is ~2900 hrs x ~1.5 years...is NOT 50,000 hours. ur mileage may vary YMMV metric bolts 10/8 mm or metric Allen wrench 6 mm? 10mm shd be the standard... the socket that everyone loses first thing if dont have a DEDICATED Ratchets, in 3/8 and 1/4, to that 10mm and paint it pink so can find it in tool box and KNOW it is 10mm at a glance.
