Very good DAB, not so good on FM
I bought this in 2004 , and it is still working fine in 2016, though I did need to replace the power unit , which came free of charge from Pure , even when the radio was 6 years old. DAB is very good using the fitted aerial, FM is poor, some people thought they had not bothered to fit a decent FM tuner, but most users will only be interested in the DAB stations. I did buy some rechargeable C type batteries for use away from the mains supply, but due to the demand for power they needed changing very frequently so I have stuck to mains power.
