Fantastic Super Shoe

Excellent daily trainer with flexible plate

Fantastic shoe overall. I use it as a daily trainer & the plate is not too stiff, while I like the combination of a layer of super foam & the bottom layer of more regular foam. It works really well, giving you that smooth transition for easy miles, but also allowing to easily pick up the pace & fly.
