Not worth the money.
I don't think the designer has ever tried this by him/her self. I tossed it.

Right amount of tightness. Clear ones are great; hard to see at the root.

Highly recommend. Buy an on-line version also.
It's a well organized textbook for learning Chinese - listening, writing, reading, and speaking exercises, plenty of them.
