Like New Roborock
Highly recommend this product. I have owned my refurbished Roborock S4 Max for about a month now and I am very happy with the quality of the purchase. I was a bit unsure at first about ordering a refurbished unit but was quickly proven wrong with how good the quality was. The vacuum came in the original box with everything included. The filter and brushes were brand new and after reviewing the condition of the vacuum there was not a trace of dirt or hair anywhere. After connecting to the app I was able to see that it had been used previously according to the cleaning history but this did not negatively impact the product in any way. I had no issues with the setup and the mapping function works perfectly. Overall this is a great product and I would buy certified refurbished again.
