Packaging Flaw

The scent is great and what I expected. Not heavy since it’s a body spray. This was a no box purchase which was fine since it was listed as new. However, when I tried to spray it wouldn’t work. Nothing would come out. I tried getting the top off and it wouldn’t come off either. My husband looked at it and noticed there was no tube inside connected to the sprayer. I just happened to have two smaller glass bottles I had to transfer it to. I had to use both bottles because my husband had to break the top to get it open.
