not perfect
not smooth enough, too many ridges, puzzle does not lie flat, cover needs to be a tighter fit

Too lightweight to do the job
it needs to be thicker to keep the tea hotter for longer, when you use loose leaf tea and remove leaves the tea does not get any stronger it just needs to be kept hotter
