An Excellent Resource
This is the best of all of the books I've read on fibromyalgia. It is Aldo great as a reference to remind what is normal, what to expect and things to do to help with coping with this condition.

Best Vitamins Ever
I've taken these vitamins for years; they are good and very easy on the stomach. They really live up to what they claim to do. Also, some vitamins increase the appetite, these don't do that. I highly recommend these vitamins. 👋🙂

Excellent concealer especially for black women
This brand of concealer does what it says it will do. For black women, our skin tone is matched very well, it doesn't leave that ashy look. For those with oily skin, it will stay put, it doesn't cake under the eyes. It blends beautifully with powder or liquid concealer. I highly recommend it!
