Not the size advertised.
Not the size advertised and very light weight. It is not 400mm long but 380mm and this is the overall length and not the area for the flag. A bit disappointing as I regularly purchase from e-bay and this is the first time I have not been satisfied.

Not the cheapest but certainly good quality and good delivery.
