This book has information that can completely change your health!

If you are vegan and so not eat dairy, sugar, or flesh there are many parts of the book that do not pertain. However, the book is BEAUTIFULLY put together/impressive...much color, wonderful text, easy read, to the point. A couple bits of info are outdated but it is a good resource for beginners who want to change their HEALTH!
