  The item was never out of the factory sealed protector and packaged with care, the buyer opened the packaging and decided that it was damaged. I suggested if it was damaged in shipping to contact the post office. This guy begged me in several emails to lower my price because "taxes be killing him" so I did, shipped the item and he wanted more money refunded to him. After I told him to go ahead and ship the item back and I would refund the whole sale, he kept item and gave me a bad review. BEWARE
