Great System, Some Defects

The simplisafe system itself was great and easy to set up after I finally gave up and called SimpliSafe. The one we received had all the entries, reset the master pin (they had to go in and do it remotely), fobs, and sensors already named so we had to spend about 2 hours renaming, recoding, and resetting each piece. The camera also didn’t work despite extensive trouble shooting with Simplisafe. Overall, the install was great and the parts were all there and ready to go- just don’t mess around and call SimpliSafe right away with a second hand unit.
