Lesson Learned
I could've just placed the order with a BJ's club myself. Instead I paid someone to up the price on a product they don't carry and then have BJ's ship it to me at the store's cost. Smart way of gouging I suppose. Dumb on me for falling for it. Now you know how to save yourself the cash. There's a special place set aside for those who take advantage in a crisis.

Fine for a display model
It was a oily/greasy on the bottom and put into the (visibly dirty) box upside down, which leads me to believe that mine was either a demo or used item. That said, I'm not actually running the train, I'm just using it only as a display item. So for my purposes, once the the oil was wiped off, it was fine. The body of the train itself is in good shape.
