Unbelievable low light performance
3 of 3 found this helpful I bought these 15x80 steiner binoculars for hunting and other low light viewing opportunites. I haven't used them hunting yet but looking around my house well after sundown (just before pitch black) they are very impressive. You can clearly see things not visable with the naked eye. For example a stop sign a quarter mile away that can't be seen without the binos is clearly visable with large STOP letters visable. Looking through the woods with the binos(in low light), you can clearly see past trees that are visable (unaided) to bushes and small trees that are not. I could also see a dark cat moving through the woods that was not visable without the binos.
This is the best low light performance I have ever seen. Better even than some moderately priced night vision equipment.

pocket tool kit
5 of 5 found this helpful this swiss army knife is the perfect easy to carry pocket tool. if you want an item to handle most of life's immediate tool needs, this is it. It is not perfect for many things but is a quality/tough item that will do for most things and I almost always have it handy. I have used it to fix broken fingernails, tighten a screw on my glasses, make a temporary repair to my barber's chair, wrap a Christmas gift, open a bottle and a can, cut down a tree that hung up (stuck) a vehicle in a remote area and many other things. Do all that with something else you carry in your pocket everyday!
