  Beautiful item, brilliant packaging, fluent communication - I can’t be more thankful! Although there was trouble due to delivery and caused delays (very unexpected for an RM first class signed for), it was not at all the seller’s fault. The seller has actively chased back the item for me, and is an absolute angel!! I really appreciate that she didn’t give up, when I nearly wanted to give up half way… Many thanks again!
