An excellent book, take control of you inner dialogue.
Excellent book. You already tell yourself affirmations, and more than likely involuntarily. Why not create them intentionally, and why not make them all positive? This book will show you how.

Great price, value, and quality. Low abrasion resistance but can be overcome with lube.
Great string for chronic string breakers. Very durable, and more playable than Ashaway Superkill 2. The only drawback is it doesnt have good abrasion resistance, so when you string it in shared holes, the string notches into itself. You have to use a little lube to prevent that. As long as it gets strung right, it lasts a good while.
