UMIDIGI A9 is an excellent phone

I got this phone as a backup to the excellent UMIDIGI Bison phone that I'm presently using. But, I like this A9 phone better than the Bison phone, which is an excellent phone in itself. Too many decisions...

Beautiful Phone, Great Features

This is a beautiful phone with great features. Sure, it's a bit past its time, but the price is right and everything is as it is advertised. The OS is Android 7.0. Honestly, if things were different and all Android phones automatically updated to the latest version of Android the way IOS phone do, I'd buy 2 or 3 more of these phones as backups or gifts. But, since it's stuck at 7.0 forever, I'll just keep what I have and be happy with it.

Love this Bison phone

Not sure who makes this phone but I see indications that it's HTC and that it's somewhat of a Google Pixel phone. These UMIDIGE phones are very well made and it's hard to find anything not to like about them, except for the fact that the version of Android that is installed is pretty much the version that you'll be stuck with for as long as you have the device. It does not update except for security updates which are not the same as Android Version Updates.
