Comprehensive, curious, well-paced, and elucidating
Take a tour through the wide world of psychic phenomena, including precognition, telepathy, clairvoyance "and any other area where the mind seems to transcend its boundaries." Professionally delivers various occurences across space and time of inexplicable prescience, from famous authors and politicians unknowingly predicting their own future experiences with uncanny detail, to instances of multiple persons separately unwittingly foreseeing the same tragic events. Also provides examples and samples of evidence from reputed sources deliberately attempting and accomplishing mind-reading. The book is meticulously composed, no typos or editorial errors, and rich with historic photographs and deliciously vivid and illuminating illustrations at just the right pace without competing with or otherwise overshadowing the text. It includes both cases of what would be readily seen as forged or fraudulent as well as cases backed by scientific explanations of quantum mechanics. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in this subject, novice and seasoned alike, for both their own personal library and as an excellent resource to have on hand for loaning or gifting to someone else who would likewise appreciate a survey of this curious but relatively unexplored human ability without the hype or bias for or against it.

Easy to follow, great workout!
Simple moves but challenging especially in repetition, and she changes it right when you need to switch to a different muscle. It moves moves moves and you feel it the whole time. Meanwhile her peptalk keeps you from giving up or getting bored.
