Unbelievably easy if you follow simple instructions.
It's so easy to do, never heard of Kefir till last week,anybody can do it,the most important thing is absolute cleanliness,buy a cheesecloth, a set of plastic sieves and glass containers if you don't already have any,boil everything and away you go, it' like a monster in a horror film, getting bigger every day, Neil

Better than my "PERFECT MASH"
"I love mashed potato and my mashed potato is the best in the world". I have said that so many times but I can say it no longer. Idaho mashed potato is unbelievably better than my "Perfect Mash". It is such a money saver energy wise for anyone who is cooking just for one or two people as well,ready in a very short time. I add a little bit of Hymalayan pink salt, white pepper,milk and butter just like doing "proper" mashed potato but my wife says it does not need extra butter but I put it in when she's not looking ,perfect , Neil

EXTREMELY PROMISING START.
Seems to have had a significant effect on my knees after just a few days and they are usually at their most painful in this extreme hot weather. Just hope it continues, but up to now it is really good, Neil
