Install Was Not A Walk In The Park
1 of 1 found this helpful Since I couldn’t find an original rear header pipe for my 2007 FLHTCU, I began to shop the aftermarket and found this S&S pipe. You tube videos got it apart and the tricky gaskets installed. But when it came time to install the pipe, yes the front one went in perfectly but the rear was a real bear and trying not to damage that gasket. A couple of blocks of wood and a well padded wrecking bar worked to leverage it in. The “stealership” warned me they might have to flash the ECM to get her to run right. Popped right off and sounded fine. Took it for a spin and it’s running better than ever.
