Taking this for my pregnancy
Im taking this supplements starting from the second trimester to keep my hemoglobin with normal level since increasing iron demand in pregnancy can cause iron deficiency anemia.
The amount of iron is not crazy but just enough for both of you and ur baby .
It dose give me constipation ( which is normal since it contains iron ) so I started to taking my pills every other day and notice much improvement.
I noticed that my nails became stonger too .

This product is wonder

I love the packaging it's quite simple and do the job . one container have 300ml/10.5oz and if u apply it once or twice a week it'll be enough for a month deepening in how much you apply .
