Manufacture Rip Off
21 of 23 found this helpful Well the mask does seem to work well, the manufacturers designed it so that you can only use the included charger 29 times and then you must buy a new charger for the mask which was not disclosed upon purchasing. This is completely ridiculous as it's an LED light that last for quite a long time and could certainly handle thousands of uses. It's obvious Neutrogena wanted to make you discard a completely functional on off switch just for the purpose of the customer having to buy another. There is a workaround on YouTube if you are handy with tools to fix this. I really wish they did not design the mask this way as it is quite useful and once you purchase it you should not have to buy another charger system for an LED light.
