Skinny stix = pick up stixs
1 of 1 found this helpful I have bought these at walmart and been very pleased with the results. They give you a great energy boost similar to 5-hour energy but more subtle. It is great for the mid afternoon blahs. I don't know how they would work for weight loss but they are a great alternative to caffeine. Since I drink them in a bottle of water I feel full and don't need to snack. Some flavors are better than others. I think that is a matter of taste. I like the less sweet ones. Other people may be the opposite.

HBP powder
HBP gives a significant boost in energy. I take it daily and my teenage son takes it during workouts because he also noticed the benefit. The pickup is very soon after consuming a cup.
Taste- This is a powder that requires lots of stirring. The taste is rather mild and not too bad. We put it in tea instead of water and cannot taste it at all.
