  Arrived with tail broken off during shipping. When I contacted the seller she assured me the box was appropriately sized and packed well. Upon sending photos of the broken tail and how it just did fit in the box without any room for cushion, seller admitted she didn't have a big enough box to ship the item. If you're selling something shouldn't you be ready to ship the item? When she saw how the box was too small she ask what I wanted. Seller didn't offer a refund. I had to ask. Refund given.
