Outstanding
Elton John, Paul Simon, Billy Joel, Heart and many more, including the master himself, performing Brian Wilson's songs. Lot's of energy, some good historical information and appearances by legends behind the scenes. I couldn't find it for a while but it was well worth waiting for.

Overall, a good value
2 of 2 found this helpful I've been using Polar heart rate monitors for many years. What I like about the FT7 is: Good value, ability to pause while recording, storage for 99 training files, gives you max and average heart rate, time in fat burning and cardio zones, calories burned, ability to set your own max hr and change the batteries in the watch and transmitter. What I don't like: the "beep" used for the alarm and going over your max heart rate is so quiet that it makes those features useless. The same goes for the flashing of your HR on the watch in alarm. It's barely noticeable. If you can live without the alarm features it's a good value for a decent heart rate monitor.

Excellent Way to Aquaint Yourself with Stoicism
This book is a daily inspiration to learn about living with truth and integrity. A precursor to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Stoicism offers rational approaches to dealing with our
common, human problems. Although spirituality is not emphasized, this book offers a healthy approach to living the life of any truth seeker who holds doing "the right thing" above all else.
