The DVD works all right but the appearance of the case is remarkably poor.
The clear part of the case is awfully wrinkled. The printed insert is damaged and wrinkled. See photos. Looks like the case has been through a disaster. Luckily the DVD plays all right. If the "Eco Amaray Case" is supposed to look this shabby, the customer should have been warned.
