Perfect timer for bathroom fan

This switch is great, and it has a neutral wire that enables it to be used with low amp fans. We have a Panasonic WhisperFit and it works perfectly with it. There’s a rocker that lets you select the length of the timer and then the buttons turn the fan (timer) on or off. What’s nice is the countdown functionality so you can see how much time is left. It also seems to “blink” with about a minute to go before it turns off.

Easy to install! Peace of mind.

Easy installation. Just hook up the Magic Closer receiver wires to the screw terminals on the garage door switch. Stick the Smart Sensor transmitter at the top corner of the garage door. Press the button for the time setting, and boom you're done! I tested it with the 5 minute setting with the garage door opener, and it works. IT'S SO EASY. If you've ever left your garage door open or inadvertently opened it with a sensitive remote control, you'll know it's stressful to wonder when you're away if the door is shut. I even considered buying a webcam for the express purpose of checking whether the door was shut! This gave me some peace of mind!

Lutron Caseta just works

Debated quite a bit about the right smart lighting system to use. I have tried various brands, and this one just works.
