We own three of these
Of the 3, one is extremely quiet at the highest setting, but the other two are loud. Can’t figure out why, but wish all tree were quiet. All three perform well.

As expected
Item is as described, in great condition, and easily installed. This replaced one that was badly scratched and has made a big difference in the appearance of the vehicle’s interior.
