  I was charged a rate that was comparable to a pair of universals. They only sent 1. It’s true that when I went back and reread the description it stated that there was only 1 available, but I feel that it was sort of hidden in the description. When I reached out to them they never even responded. Still haven’t. I won’t do business with them again, and I would not and will never recommend them.

  I'm sorry for your experience, but listing show 1 in the picture and the description clearly says "one as pictured". you got a full refund and kept the item. I didn't reply because you got the refund. I've sold a ton of these and never once had a complaint. This is the only negative feedback I've received in 5+ years.
