stop & prevent cramps
i have used these for more than 5 years to stop and prevent future leg cramps. i discovered them while on a motorcycle trip. after setting up camp, and going to sleep, i woke up in the middle of the night with cramps. i battled them most of the night, which made for lousy sleep. the next day i stopped at a Dollar General store looking for caffeine to stay awake, and stumbled across these pills. that was the end of leg cramps on that trip. and i have been using them every since. i find that usually one pill at bedtime is enough to prevent cramps. on the odd night when i do get a cramp, i take 3 pills, and within 1/2 hour, they subside for the rest of the night. the following night i take 2 pills, then go back to one.

Better braking performance that even "so called" RACING brake pads.
These "HH" brake pads have exactly the kind of braking performance i have been looking for. They have LOTS of stopping power, just like i like for my vehicles. I do not yet know how long they will last, but what I care about most is to be able to slow down and stop when needed, without having to "stand" on the brake lever. And that's no easy task when you ride a 900+ pound touring bike. They do not seem to fade (though I do not live in a mountainous region), and are very predictable and controllable. If they wear quicker than other pads, that is fine by me. I would much rather replace brake pads, than end up in an ambulance because my motorcycle could not stop fast enough. What I can tell you with certainty, is that I will be ordering 2 more sets for the rest of the calipers on this bike.

SUPER Lube, it really is!
this is a great product at a good price. it is a clear, non staining, food grade grease, so if you get a little on your clothes, no worries. i bought it for its dielectric properties, but i have also used it in a large number of lubrication applications. and it works excellent every time. if you had to only have one grease for your tool box, it would be hard to beat this one.
