poor accessories
the ear buds and ear hook really suck.

for the price and the features it has this is super
right out of the box a super machine, the software, the ease of use, the print quality (normal print), the fax, the scanner,paper load capacity, only drawback was the ink cartrigdes, to small, will try the 74 & 75XL's and see if they last longer. overall a great machine to own.
