excellent cooling but poor quality control.

When opening box I noticed filter element out of place & laying loose against fan. Next it would not fill after attaching hose to unit. I removed cover and noticed float valve assembly was twisted causing float to be jammed against unit housing. After loosening jamb nut & re-positioning float assembly it works fine. I had my doubts about this purchase until I turned it on. It is extremely quiet and puts out an amazing amount of cool air. I am happy now. Please work on quality control. A buyer less mechanically inclined would have sent it back.
