How-to book on spiritual growth for anyone.
This book is important if someone is ready to grow spiritually, regardless of religion. If you have difficulty shutting off your mind's chatter, if you worry, if you have trouble feeling joy, love, peace, if you are overwhelmed by everything going on in our world, if you are in emotional pain, then read this book. Essentially most people think they are the mind that chatters incessantly inside themselves. We humans do spend a lot of time with our mind. But there is so much more than that. If you take time to observe your mind doing what it does, you can find something else, something permanent, something inside all of us that unites us. Eckhart Tolle has done this work, and has found peace, love, and joy. He tells us we can, too, and how.
