Bag is great, strap is OK.

The quality of this bag is excellent. The number of pockets is great- a lot of options for storage. Makes a great commuter bag for my husband. The strap is not as versatile as he would like, the length adjustment piece slides too easily, and it would be nice if it would shorten a bit more. Hangs awfully long. But the bag itself is ver nice.
