Dead Space Downfall dvd (Sci-fi cartoon)
This movie was really good- pretty close for prequel continuity to the videogame and sets the stage for the incredible survival horror game with the same name. The Downfall dvd has a great voice acting cast and the animation is decent (not over-the-top anime style). The violence, gore, and language is not for the squeemish and is identical to the videogame as well. A must see for sci-fi space/horror fans and anyone who really liked the Dead Space game and want a little back story as to how the events in the game started. The only gripe I have against the story is at the end of the movie... ***SPOILERS BELOW*** = = = = = = = = How does the artifact get from the docking bay (end of the movie) to the cargo bay (videogame) when the events in the movie directly tie into the videogame and the game starts immediately after the movie's final scene? My only thought- Dr. Kyne somehow gets it there; otherwise, I loved this cartoon, videogame inspired film and highly recommend it!

    Seraphim Falls- Western DVD
I like Westerns, and good ones are few and far between these days. My all time favorites are Tombstone, 3:10 to Yuma, and Open Range. I bought Seraphim Falls because it has a great cast, some unique deaths and scenes which are really different and cool. The movie also has some shooting locations that are not seen in a lot of westerns too, which makes it stand out. The hallucination/dehydration scene at the end is great too because it involves temptation, giving into our human desires, and raises the question of how far would you go for revenge? What would you give up or trade? This movie surprised me in a good way, and its too bad this didn't get any publicity when it came out- I don't even think it was advertised or shown at any of my local theaters. Take care, God bless.

Classic NES game in great condition- love the gold cartridge!
Excellent condition cartridge. Used, yes, but this is a classic with the gold color. As a gamer born in '80, the NES was the first console I owned and this game was a big deal. My personal favorite is A Link to the Past on SNES, but this NES game & the silver colored sequel will always stand out for nostalgia reasons to me. Live well, citizens of Hyrule.
